A three-storey custom rebuild completed over the course if two years. We were commissioned by the builder to curate and source all exterior and interior materials, finishes, and lighting selections for this classic residence.

The design features a timeless palette with herringbone oak flooring in the kitchen and family room, oak architraves, a bespoke main-floor kitchen, a fully equipped basement wet bar, five bathrooms, and walk in closets. A fireplace feature wall with custom built-ins adds warmth and balance throughout the home. Every detail - from the millwork profiles to the lighting plan - was thoughtfully chosen to reflect refined craftsmanship and enduring design.
