THE STUDIO

Memia Interiors Studio was established in 2012 and is located in Caledon, Ontario. We have worked on numerous projects locally and have expanded our services throughout the US and abroad.

Our studio has an extensive library of building materials, fabrics and finish samples that we have collected from our suppliers and artisans allowing for an array of options and choices to provide to our clients.

OUR PROCESS

The Brief

The beginning stage to any project involves the first meeting with a client and getting to know their personal design taste and what their expectations are for the space. An in depth understanding of what works and what doesn't. We will discuss possible solutions and ideas and go through colour schemes for each of the rooms. Finalizing the meeting, we will send out a proposal outlining what was discussed from the consultation with a brief description of the project and an estimated budget along with our design fee.

FF&E Design

After the initial consultation comes the concept designs. An illustration of the design plans for each room involving furniture layout, lighting details, curated artwork, colour schemes, mood boards with selected fabrics and finishes for the specifications of the bespoke furniture and rugs along with image boards and millwork design proposed for the project.

The Details

Once all the concept designs are approved by the client, we will go through and finalize all the important details including measurements and sizing of millwork, furniture, lighting etc. We will provide detailed drawings where required for the clients approval. At this point, we will provide a fully itemized break down of costs keeping in line with the approved budget.

Final Installation &

Turnkey Styling

The final stage where installations of millwork and materials take place and have been successfully installed on site. Emina & her team will then come in and style your space with carefully curated and sourced accents to complete the project.
