OUR PROCESS
The Brief
The first stage of every project begins with an
in-depth consultation - an opportunity to get to know our clients, their lifestyle, and their personal design aesthetic.
During this meeting, we discuss ideas, explore colour palettes, and review functional needs for each room. This stage allows us to establish a clear understanding of what works, what doesn't, and how to bring your vision to lift.
Following the consultation, we provide a detailed estimated budget, and our design fee - creating the foundation for a thoughtful and collaborative design process.

FF&E Design
Following the initial consultation, we begin developing the concept and curation of the design. Each room is thoughtfully planned - from furniture layouts and lighting selections to curated artwork, colour palettes, and finishes.
During this stage, we present detailed mood boards featuring fabrics, materials, and bespoke furnishings tailored to the project. Specifications for custom millwork, rugs, and decorative elements are carefully documented to ensure every detail aligns with the overall design vision.
The Details
Once the concept designs are approved, we move into the detailed development phase. This stage refines every aspect of the design - from measurements and millwork drawings to furniture, lighting, and material specifications.
We prepare comprehensive drawings where required for client approval, ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly with the design intent. At this stage, a fully itemized budget and specification list are presented, providing transparency and clarity as we prepare for execution.
Final Installation &
Turnkey Styling
The final stage is where every element comes together. Once millwork, furnishings, and materials are in place, our team overseas the full installation process to ensure each detail aligns perfectly with the design vision.
Emina and her team hen complete the transformation with bespoke styling - layering curated accents, artwork, and textiles to bring warmth, depth, and personality to every space.
